Founder Jim Hinkamp has spent more than a quarter century helping individuals and families respond to substance use, treatment decisions, and recovery. His experience as a Certified ARISE Interventionist, licensed attorney, business owner, and executive coach gives him a practical understanding of situations that can affect a family’s wellbeing, privacy, relationships, and professional responsibilities at the same time.
Based in South Florida, Jim works directly with families nationwide and worldwide and, when appropriate, their trusted advisors. He helps the people involved prepare carefully, communicate honestly, and build a plan that extends beyond the intervention itself.
