Founder Jim Hinkamp has spent more than a quarter century helping individuals and families respond to substance use, treatment decisions, and recovery. His experience as a Certified ARISE Interventionist, licensed attorney, business owner, and executive coach gives him a practical understanding of situations that can affect a family’s wellbeing, privacy, relationships, and professional responsibilities at the same time.
Jim works directly with families and, when appropriate, their trusted advisors. He helps the people involved prepare carefully, communicate honestly, and build a plan that extends beyond the intervention itself.
